Condimentum was created by the English Mustard Growers and Norfolk Mint Growers who have supplied Colman’s for generations. In collaboration with Unilever, which owns the Colman’s brand, we have developed purpose-built facilities needed to create our unique Double Superfine mustard flour and mint products.

We work with partners across the supply chain from seed development to consumers to produce high quality ingredients creating condiments and new food ingredient solutions for the food industry.

Our team combines over 150 years of growing experience with unrivalled expertise in milling mustard and mint. We have in-depth knowledge and experience within the FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) environment and we manage a fully integrated supply chain. Our facilities here in Norwich are top class. We believe in partnerships and mutual collaborations which create new opportunities.
